Joining prayer, meditation, education, and circulation, Volunteering is one part – a vital part – of our five core spiritual practices. While our Volunteers have fun serving, their service is also vitally important and we have created a variety of Volunteer Resources to empower our Volunteers within the community. Among other useful references, we have created our Community’s Volunteer Bill of Rights & Responsibilities and Guidelines for Respectful Communication. These foundational documents, which are also incorporated in our Volunteer Handbook, help create the environment in which Volunteering joyously emerges at the Center for Spiritual Living, San Jose!
